Dr Porter and his team are very attentive and fantastic care givers. They go over and above unlike any other physician relationship that my wife and I have ever had. Dr Porter cares, is very responsive, and communicates extremely well. He's the BEST!

I am thrilled to be a patient at Texas Direct Medical. I spoke with Cass Henry at the front desk, who is the sweetest, and they took me same day when I was going through it with major anxiety issues and navigating perimenopause. NP Sativa Lackey has been a godsend in treating my symptoms and communicating when I’m feeling unwell via the online messaging system. It’s been pretty clear to me that many providers are lacking in the training and individual care when it comes to women’s health. They get you in, prescribe meds, and get you out. Also most PCP concierge services have a front office and are a referral program only. Not this group. They practice medicine on-site. I had my vitals tested, a physical, pap, ordered a mammogram, had blood drawn for labs, and came up with an HRT plan same

I had a great experience yesterday. My provider was top notch. Great bedside manner. I was seen immediately at my appointment time and I’m amazed at how much time my provider spent with me. I never felt rushed or like a number. They listened and created my care plan accordingly. Cass was amazing taking my blood. I feel like I made the right choice here.
