Texas Children's Urgent Care Westgate

We had a great experience at Texas Children’s Urgent Care – Westgate. I brought my child in for a foot injury, and the staff were extremely kind, professional, and efficient. The doctor was knowledgeable and explained everything clearly, which really put us at ease. The X-ray process was smooth, and the overall care was excellent. We’re very grateful for the high-quality service and would highly recommend this urgent care to other families.

This facility is 10/10! We got there Saturday morning as soon as it opened and we’re in and out within 20 minutes. My child was treated for an ear infection. The front staff (and even security guard) was so nice & caring, showing some much needed Texas hospitality. We had already been to another urgent care that morning & walked out since they didn’t take star medicaid. It was a stressful morning with lots of tears turned better. The nurse practitioner was very friendly and quick to examine. My child got to watch Bluey in the room while we waited for our prescription to be sent over to the pharmacy. On our way out the gave her a toy which instantly made her happy. Would 100% recommend this facility to all families needing urgent care.

Our primary physician didn't have appointments available so they recommended us this place. I have brought my 4 kids here anytime our clinic is closed. (Infant, toddler and teenagers). The staff is very professional and very helpful. I love that they take the time to explain and answer questions. I highly recommend this place!

This urgent care facility was the best. Why sit in the waiting area when you can lay down in their waiting area.... never seen anything like it. Our nurse Mckenzie was so sweet and thorough, she paid very good attention to my sons reason for visit. Dr. Gregg Jackman is hilarious, kind, informative and knows great music when he hears it (lol). The facilty was extremely colorful which I believe sets a great atmosphere for kids. I even enjoyed the calmness that it brought me. In a mut shell 10 outta 10 highly recommended.

My 3 yo son lacerated his chin on Friday and we were recommended this practice by a friend. We live out of town and I was unsure if urgent care did stitches, especially for a toddler. I called them and they provided guidance over the phone about their services. Everyone took amazing care of us- the front desk, the nurse, Dr. Quan and even the security on duty was exceptionally kind. We didn’t have a wait and the building is decorated fun for kids. There’s TVs in the rooms and whole atmosphere is great for kids. Dr. Quan and his nurse were patient with us and worked efficiently to stitch up my son.
