Texas AME (Dr. Louis A. Davenport, MD)

Doctor Davenport advocated for me when my previous AME was unable to provide a medical exam and had not followed through on his procedures to get my previous medical to the FAA. This situation locked me out of the system and I could not even fill out an application to begin the process. He worked on my behalf with the FAA to clear this up and had me in and out of his office quickly. Thank you again Doctor Davenport!

Dr. Davenport is the ideal AME. Very highly qualified, of course, but also great to be around, and with the perspective of a fellow aviator who wants to keep you (safely) flying. I'm glad he's younger than me, since I hope to keep seeing him for medicals for the rest of my career!
