Best experience I've ever had with any clinic. It was extremely fast, paper work was easy, and I saw PA Evelyn Matudan within minutes of arriving! I would recommend visiting if you have specific issues or looking for a check up.

Nurse/Secretary on the phone was unnecessarily condescending and rude. i’m sorry this is my first time having my own medical insurance and it suggested you guys on zordoc because of my insurance that’s downloaded in the app it should show me clinics that’ll take my insurance. the secretary didn’t make sense saying i have a HPO plan? i don’t even have that ? i’m just very frustrated and im very sick with a flu. the least the sercretary could’ve done is be more gentle especially to those that have a first impression with this clinic . Also if you know you don’t take my insurance why didn’t you cancel at 8am when you guys open why wait literally an hour before my appointment to tell me when i have been looking forward to see the doctor because i want to get treated. unfair and inconvenient, y

PA-C Evelyn was extremely dismissive regarding my complaints and rushed the entire visit, brushed off my complaints and cut me off in the middle of speaking. As a provider; I hope to never treat my patients or spouses in this manner. I want my patients and their loved ones to feel seen and heard, regardless of how many patients I have on my schedule

Despite their doctors and office being on the list of providers who are in network, they won't take our insurance because it's through a 3rd party. Cancelled our appointments and offered to reschedule as a self-pay for much more money.

Dr. Hoyumpa has been great since my first visit. In 34 years of my life I’ve never had a doctor that actually listened when I voice my concerns and opinions. He’s been my PCP since 2023. The front staff are always smiling and friendly. I love that they are open later hours for people with demanding jobs. I can call in the morning and get an appointment within the day usually. Any lab results or record requests are done quickly, whether it’s for your use or to send directly to another physician. I’m glad I decided to walk in one day.
