If I could give them a zero I would and I was in there less than 10 mins. I made appointments online on Sept 29th for Oct 16th for myself and my daughter. I filled all our paperwork online as well as insurance and medical history. I put in the appropriate spot we needed physicals, specifically my daughter needed hers for school. We get there today and we they finally got to us, they found appointments and then asked for id and insurance card. They asked about address which was wrong in computer even though I updated it. Then the one lady asked the other if they ever decided if they would see my daughter since she was under 18. The other lady said no they never said so she went back to ask. She then came back and said the Dr advised we could sit in waiting room while she decided if she woul

I made an appointment through the online system for my daughter about a month ago. Contact information was required to make the appointment. We show up for the appointment and are told they refuse to see my daughter because she's under 18. They claim they have no contact information for me. I received a confirmation email for the appointment; they have contact information. I received a text message after we left, from Tennova, stating I will receive text alerts from them. So the claim that they don't have contact information is false. I took time off from work to be there. That is incompetent to waste people's time. They had a month to contact me. I don't see anything on their website stating they do not treat anyone under age 18. I definitely do not recommend them.

Got up spent the morning preparing for my appointment. I have a terrible busy schedule so very hard for me to find time to go . Got there and was told I'd have to reschedule. First time going there and last . I told the lady I didn't have time to come back she didn't care she was too busy eating her lunch

I was blessed to have EXCELLENT CARE by Richard E BOCK PA in this sudden death early last year Since his death I've seen Dr. Joseph who was simply "filling in", but NO ONE TOLD THE PATIENTS!! I was passed to Amanda Roberts NP, & Cameron, her medical assistant did her JOB to a tee & went to get the EKG machine because I was having chest pain, high BP, tachycardia & felt 'wrong', then Ms Roberts walks in & starts talking & Cameron comes in wythe EKG machine & Ms Roberts asks her what she's doing?? Came replied, doing an EKG, she's complaining of chest pain, has history of CAD, HBP etc--- Ms Roberts SCOFFED & 'shushed' her out saying sarcastically she doesn't need that!! I was so comfy...ThayWHY I am here & to meet her & I did NOT LIKE OR APPRECIATE Roberts simple dismissal of Cameron doing

So I had once loved this place. I started seeing Jordan Ridder who was absolutely amazing. She went on leave and had been out for a few months when I needed to be seen. I saw another provider and I absolutely was not impressed, wait time was horrendous, she came in to talk to me, didn't check me physically and sent me out to see a specialist after hearing my symptoms, not thorough at all, I had to even ask for blood work. For a follow up, I tried to schedule when Jordan was supposed to return, took off from work and when I got there I was informed that she still wasn't back, no one had bothered to call and let me know prior. These last two incidents really left a bad taste in my mouth so to speak, I have ended up transferring to another practice in our area.
