Tennessee Sports Medicine Group - Bearden

I had a great experience at Tennessee Sports medicine. Alex did a great job making my custom insoles. He took the time to measure and take notes of specific movements in my feet and ankles. Then made a plaster mold of my feet. In a few weeks I will have my insoles. When I asked some follow up questions about exercises I could do to strengthen my ankles and feet he asked a personal trainer to show me a few exercises I could do on my own at home. Matt sent me home with a program and followed up with a text that showed me the exercises and recommended times to perform them. I was extremely happy with my overall experience and highly recommend others to check out Tennessee Sports medicine.

They were also very clear about insurance and costs of services which I appreciate. Emily was fantastic, she approached my issue with genuine curiosity and care and clearly knows what she is talking about! Jon Lilly and the whole group at Tennessee Sports Medicine group know exactly how to address pain and get a person back to functional health. In my case, they helped get back to doing CrossFit and overcoming knee and shoulder issues. Their methods are diverse and all-encompassing. And, they are fun to talk to.
