I started coming to this practice because the location is convenient and they give you an appointment whenever my son is sick. Dr Julia Buirkle missed my son’s ear infection on two occasions though. So after a week of him being on pain, I take him to the ENT and he had in fact a ear infection (as I had told her in fact). Please take into account this can cause hearing loss. And doctor Ruchita recently refused to prescribe him amoxicilin to treat his ear infection, giving him just ear drops, despite the fact I told her he wasn’t eating too and that I thought he had a throat infection too. 5 days later of my son crying and losing weight, again, I go to the ENT and turns out he had pus on his throat. I specifically asked her for amoxicilin and asked her how his cold would get better with the

I love this office. We been going there for 7 years…two kids. The staff is friendly and efficient and the doctors are very knowledgeable. I also love that I can schedule appts online. Love, love, love!

Dr Shenk is amazing. She spends time answering all of our questions and helping us with anything we need guidance on. I wish she were my doctor!

Both my daughters go to this practice (11 and 7) and I find them so easy to work with, attentive and patience. What makes it even better is the ladies at the front desk! Whenever I need school/camp forms, they turn it around w smile in and it’s done within hours. Just so helpful and accommodating always

We have been coming here since my child was a newborn. I’m a little shocked at the number of bad reviews. Never had any issues with the front desk and never had to wait more than 5 mins in the waiting area, even for a sick visit. Dr Vemula is our pediatrician and she is so wonderful. She listens, dedicates the time and doesn’t rush you out. She returns calls very promptly and takes personal interest in her patients. The online billing portal is something I can never get right (you need a paper from them to set it up) but that’s no biggie I just call and pay if I have a balance.
