Target Optical

Great service and expertise. The Opticians are wonderful and attentive. I had issues with glasses from another Target Optical location and came to this location. They spent time and effort and adjusted the glasses so that they fit perfectly.

Jessica was so kind and courteous! Treated me and my glasses with care! Adjusted my glasses and within my minutes they were a perfect fit! Truly so kind! Highly recommend:)

Jessica at Target Optical was absolutely AMAZING!!! From start to finish, she went so far above and beyond for me that I’m honestly still impressed. She was incredibly kind, patient, knowledgeable, and made sure I felt taken care of every step of the way. She took her time, answered all my questions, and truly made the experience feel personal instead of rushed. Customer service like this is rare, and Jessica is a true gem. Jessica and Chris were amazing help with my mom’s glasses . They were super informed about glassware and they’re actually amazing sales reps. They made our experience amazing and we felt super heard and seen and they were very knowledgeable about eyeglasses and somewhere, which was really helpful. If you guys come here visit these two they’re amazing would come again.

The staff is very friendly and they are great at helping you choose glasses based off of what you like and what you need. They truly are the only target optical. I think I’d go to after my bad experience in Watertown if I ever move, I will forever go to the one in Woburn.
