Target Optical

Both Mike's helped me out after slipping on some doggone ice. Fixed my glasses free of charge and helped me continue to have a good new year. Grateful to God. Christ is Lord. 10/10

First time using Target Optical Wake Forest. Our Optometrist has been at this location for over 10yrs, but this the First time that we have felt that the Optical Dept here was a good fit. We have always used Costco optical but once we interacted with staff here we decided to make a purchase and so we aren’t disappointed. Michael was available, interested, and knowledgeable - he provided us with the costs and values And offered a better selection of lens options with price points that beat Costco. We may have finally found Our One Stop Eyewear center. Thank you

His professionalism and warm welcome set the tone for an excellent experience. He promptly directed us to Dr. Melissa McBrien, OD, who performed our eye examinations with exceptional thoroughness, attentiveness, and expertise. The entire process was smooth, efficient, and reassuring. In addition to Dr. McBrien and Mr. De Luca, two other team members—whose names unfortunately escape us—were also instrumental in delivering outstanding service. Their contributions did not go unnoticed and are equally appreciated. Highly recommend this location to anyone seeking quality eye care and top-tier customer service.

This has been one of the best experiences I have had in decades of glasses and contact lens wearing. The staff that assisted me Reyna and Mike were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They both immediately chose a set of frames for me and they were perfect! I am so grateful to them and to their wonderful customer service. I came in because I could not find frames that suited me and had been looking at places recommended by my insurance as premier benefit options. Well guess what?! My no line bifocal glasses were over $200 cheaper WITHOUT these “premier” discounts. I was so happy with my glasses price I am now ordering a years worth of my contact lenses.
