I’ve been to this location several times, the staff is always observant and helpful. This time I was only browsing frames, but Alina said just the right things to help me get the ball rolling. I ended up purchasing frames before I left. Alina and the other staff offered great input in helping me choose frames and lenses. They really know their stuff and helped the whole process go very smoothly. I’d also like to say that Alina deserves to be recognized for the amazing work she’s doing. Others had already interacted with me, but whatever techniques she used helped ease me from “just looking” to completing the sale. I look forward to working with her again in the future!

Team member Alina was extremely knowledgeable and answered every question I had in great detail. I came in to look at glasses. I was not prepared to buy due the amount of time it usually takes and the process that is required for glasses. Luckily, I got to meet Doug who assisted me. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes! Doug was very knowledgeable, was able to pull up my vision insurance benefits quickly, direct me to a frame that I liked, and suggest some lens options that might be beneficial. The process was no hassle based on my budget and we made some modifications to get cost down. Doug was resourceful, knew what to look for with FSA payment cards and is an asset to Target Optical. This is a really great Target Optical. My wife and I have purchased from this location a few times and always get good service. Went in today to get some new glasses and Alina was super helpful! She answered all my questions and gave me some good price breakdowns before making my final decision. Highly recommend the staff here for making it a hassle free environment!
