Went today for my appointment. Poor customer service. After waiting for 20 minutes I left. Person after person was helped right in front of me. I understand being busy. But what good is an appointment? Myself and my family will go elsewhere for our eye appointment and glasses.

Christen is awesome in helping all through the process- beginning with finding a slot that works, through helping finalize the glasses, placing order and notifying whenever they arrive.

I’ve been going to this location for several years for my Vision care and services. I’ve never had a bad experience. Everyone that works there are professional, polite and very knowledgeable.
