Milton Dental Town

I love love love this office they are just amazing as a whole. We have been with them for about 4 and a half years and even after moving two hours away we commute because they are worth it ! She had to get a filling this day and had a major meltdown, but the staff and doctors were patient, kind, supportive and very helpful. I would also like to add that they are innovative in moving towards better dental practices that support over all dental health ! Just Amazing thank you so much and see you soon 😂

Had such a great first visit! Courtney and Autumn and Dr. Erick took great care of our 10-year-old. He has special needs so is not always the easiest to do a teeth cleaning with, but you can tell they had experience working with kids like him. Office was clean and beautiful, and every staff member extremely friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

Devon is always so thorough and makes my visits so much fun with her stories and conversation — she’s an absolute doll! 💕 Dr. Eric is amazing as always — professional, detailed, and patient. He takes his time with the exam, explains everything clearly, and always makes sure to ask if I have any questions or concerns before I leave. I love that kind of care and attention! 🦷✨ Highly recommend this team — they make every visit comfortable and enjoyable!

This place was good at the start but I got very annoyed with all the texts and phone calls they would send me to remind me of my appointment. EVEN after I confirmed my appointments. Not only that, but when they wanted to schedule an oral surgeon consult , none of the receptionists or team knew any answers to my questions. They don’t know if their oral surgeon bills insurance, they couldn’t answer me if he uses anesthesia at all, never told me how much the consult fee would be so I don’t walk in there and have to pay 100$ just to talk to the dude. So my mom has a dental office in Jasper who was able to tell her that their surgeon doesn’t bill health insurance or use anesthesia unless absolutely necessary, and even told her what insurance plans they take.
