Linda has been my hygienist for a few years, and she is always very polite, professional and friendly! I always enjoy talking with her. Dr Epstein is also very friendly, professional and non pressuring to have unnecessary work done. The front desk staff is always very friendly!

This practice was recommended by a trusted friend with a beautiful smile. Glad I took her advice and made the appointment before reading some of the reviews. Everyone was warm, friendly and professional from check-in through check-out. The wait was short, the exam was thorough, the dentist is conservative with his recommendations and gave several options. I left the appointment comfortable with the next steps and pricing.

I am not satisfied. I did not receive the necessary attention in identifying and resolving my problems. I wanted treatment, but instead I was kept waiting in a chair for an hour. Despite having an infection, root canal treatment and crowns could have been done, but they couldn't, and I was presented with implants as the only option, as if I were obligated to go to another doctor they have an agreement with, which is more expensive than tooth extraction. As days and weeks passed, the pain and problems in my teeth increased.

I have been a patient with Milton Family Dental Care for over 4 years. They always provided a confirmed out of pocket charge before every visit so that there were no surprises later on. This time, I was charged for my preventative care Inspite of being assured that I don't have to pay anything. There had been no change in my benefits. And the billing team is not ready to override the charge as they did not do the payment assessment correctly. Something seems to have changed in the billing practice here and they are not even providing me with a contact number for the office manager.
