My husband and I are very thankful for their professionalism. It was really beyond that. So much care and respect for their patients. Everyone we interacted with were pleasant and friendly. Doctor and Alejandro were both amazing, very supportive. Honestly it’s nice to feel like you’ve been treated like a human being, rather than a number. Alejandro’s years of experience shows in his work ethic and knowledge. Tysm!

My eyeglasses needed to be repaired. When I approached the counter, I was greeted by Alejandro. He was extremely helpful and took the time to repair my eyeglasses. Very pleasant young man. He demonstrated great customer service!!

This location has been open since 2017, it’s super clean, has a ton of frames to try on, and a wide online selection that they can order from. This was my wife’s and my first visit. It all started with an online deal I found, followed by a phone call and then our appointment. I spoke with Rachelle both over the phone and in person, and she was fantastic—warm, attentive, and helpful without ever being pushy. She adapted to each of us effortlessly and made us feel like longtime customers even though it was our first time here. Dr. Yarnell was also wonderful, sharing her expertise while genuinely listening to our needs. She took her time with each of us and showed real care throughout the exam. The staff and doctor at this location are always top notch. I visit every year, they are so helpful, extremely knowledgeable and go out of their way to make sure everything works out as well as possible.

Rachelle was a great associate! She helped both my mom and I pick great frames that fit our face shapes! She is also very friendly and great to talk to (: I’ll be sure to come back every 2 years to update my prescription and frames!
