Target Optical

I took my old glasses in because the screw keeps falling out on the nose, arch bracket. William not only fixed it. He cleaned them and put a solution around the screws to keep them in place so they won’t fall out in the future. He didn’t even charge me for anything. Good service is hard to find these days. Thank you, William!

William was great! I got there about 35 minutes before they closed. I just planned on looking and trying on frames, as I didn't have an appointment. I really had no expectations. William was the only one working and was helping other customers. When he was done assisting them, he asked if he could help me. Now, it was minutes from closing time. Long story short, William stayed after closing time & helped me select a really nice pair of glasses and wrote up the order. (I didn't need an exam) William was super nice, professional and took the time to explain everything...he didn't rush me at all. I would absolutely recommend Target Optical. Great customer service!

I am trying contact lens for the first time. Emily did a wonderful job explaining how to place and remove the lens and how to care for them. She took her time and was very knowledgeable. She gave me some great tips. The entire experience was better than I anticipated and gave me the confidence that I needed to try them out.

It was my first time at Target Optical because my old place had closed down. Jessica helped me and she was delightful! We had great conversation and she was super helpful and very informative of the glasses I was looking for. I ended up getting a pair of the meta glasses and another pair for an amazing price. I just had my yearly appointment and I can’t stretch how much of a great experience I had at the Target Optical on Pine Island cape coral. Everyone on the staff were so friendly and helpful. The eye exam was thorough, and the optometrist took the time to explain everything clearly and answer all of my questions. Picking out frames was easy because the team helped me find styles that worked well for my face and budget without any pressure. The ordering process was smooth and easy. Overall, the service was efficient, the staff was knowledgeable, and the convenience of having it inside Target made the whole experience even better. I would definitely recommend Target Optical to anyone looking for a stress-free and professional eye care experience.
