I recently visited HR during my break to update my direct deposit information, as I thought that was the appropriate place to handle this. I rang the doorbell and explained why I was there, but the staff member who answered seemed hesitant to let me in. I persisted because I had been putting this task off and wanted to get it done. Once I was let in, I explained my request, and the staff member informed me that they couldn’t assist directly due to it being personal information, but I could use their computer to complete the update. I've tried calling this number, and I couldn't get a hold of a staff member to help me with my concerns. When you call this number, it takes you straight to the machine to help you. I need to speak to someone, not a machine
