I have mixed feelings about my recent experience at Bain Dental Group. On one hand, the facility is absolutely beautiful, and the quality of care during the procedure felt top-tier. The team was professional, and the environment is very welcoming. However, I have some serious concerns regarding their post-operative pain management. I had three teeth extracted—including a wisdom tooth—and was not provided with any prescription pain medication. It has been a week since the procedure, and I am still in the most significant pain I have ever experienced following a dental extraction. While I appreciate the clinical skill and the beautiful office, the recovery process has been incredibly difficult due to the lack of adequate pain control. If I could give zero stars I would. I went there today in horrible pain. I wanted an extraction. Evidently there only care about people spending a lot of money. Came back with an estimate and I’m like sure that will work. Came back with another one for a $225 bone graft when I already said I just want the tooth removed. The dental hygienist was incapable of answering the most basic questions. Dr Patel came in and look and said I have a Really bad cavity at the top of my tooth all the way in the back. I told him I wanted ot removed. He said he didn’t know if he could fit me in Today but he’d get me help for the pain until tomorrow at 10 am. I asked for a ladicain swab to help with horrific pain I am in. Denied that. I asked if they could do a nerve block or even some numbing and was de

I had a great first experience at Bain Dental! The staff were super friendly, and my dentist, Dr. Avni Patel, was absolutely AMAZING. She was gentle, explained everything clearly, and made me feel comfortable. I could not recommend her and this office enough!!

I arrived @ 8AM for my teeth cleaning and within 5 minutes of checking in I was in the hygienist chair where she started work. The whole cleaning took less than 30 minutes. The overall staff was great
