I was totally impressed with my entire experience at this office. I had dealt with Dr. Martin when he was in Bowdon and was as impressed with his people skills and genuine love for animals. He was right on target with both of my dogs and never was too pushy with anything. Fast forward to now nothing at all has changed. My mom told me last week he had came to Carrollton and I was so glad to hear this. I took my 12.5 yr old GS to him last Thursday and we found that his bladder and prostate was enlarged. So we had to have the difficult conversation no pet owner wants to have. But he and his staff showed unbelievable amount of compassion. The service here is truly exceptional. From the moment we walked in, the entire staff made us feel welcome and supported. During the difficult and emotional process of trying to determine what was wrong with our sweet boy—and ultimately saying goodbye—they showed compassion and kindness to both us and our dog. We are incredibly grateful. Highly recommend Dr. Martin and his staff for your fur babies.

My favorite vet office to go to and if I ever move I’m just going to travel the distance because they treat my cat, Night Night, so well. Everyone is very welcoming and it’s nice they have 2 entrances: 1 for dogs and 1 for cats. The cost is always fair and they are super informative about everything going on 🩵

The staff at this office from front desk, to techs to doctors are just amazing! They take superior care of your pets as if they were your actual human family. The best vet office in the West GA area! Our dog actually loves coming here - the staff is wonderful, and you can tell everyone from the front desk to techs and doctors genuinely care about your pet.
