Piedmont Urgent Care

I had an excellent experience at the Piedmont urgent care in Carrollton, GA. From the moment I arrived, the front desk staff were friendly, professional, and efficient, which made the check-in process quick and stress-free. The medical team was attentive and took the time to listen carefully to my concerns without making me feel rushed. The provider was knowledgeable, compassionate, and explained everything clearly, including the diagnosis and treatment plan. I felt genuinely cared for and confident in the medical advice I received. The facility was clean, well-organized, and the wait time was much shorter than expected. Overall, this was a very positive experience. I would absolutely recommend this urgent care to anyone in need of prompt, high-quality medical care.

This is my first time coming here and I will definitely be back! Everyone was so kind, listened to my questions and concerns, and had me in and out in less than 30 minutes. The fact that I could book online was a major factor in coming in… I just didn’t feel well and didn’t want to wait as a walk-in. I’d give 10 stars if I could. Thank you so much, Piedmont!

I received excellent care from the time I arrived until the finish of my appointment. No wait time, everything was explained very clearly, and each provider I saw during my visit was kind and compassionate. I appreciate this quality care!

Worst experience I’ve had at an urgent care. No urgency whatsoever. I seen online they said walk-ins welcome, but I still had to make an appointment. Okay cool fine, but then once I’m there for my appointment it’s literally taken over an hour for me just to be seen and get into a room when they are completely dead and I can hear all the nurses laughing and cutting up at the desk. Not to mention someone had to come out of there room and ask how much longer.

All of the ladies I encountered were so kind and helpful. I don’t have insurance so I had to self pay. The cost was $210, however that fee included everything except medication. I ended up getting a flu test, Covid test, chest X-ray, steroid shot and a breathing treatment. Well worth the self pay fee. I would Highly recommend them to anyone especially if you don’t have insurance.
