Dr. Lassiter failed my ac joint reconstruction. Somehow he broke the distal end of my clavicle, and he placed the drill holes in the wrong spot for the revision surgery. Its not entirely his fault because a fellow of his, Dr. Hocker at EmergeOrtho said it was a grade 1.5 rupture a few weeks after the injury, whereas it was a grade IV rupture from the beginning. I ultimately flew to Colorado for a revision surgery, and I have just begun rehab. It was an excruciatingly horrible year of pain with my clavicle pinned behind my acromion and trapped between my trapezia and my acromion. Inexplicably painful days and nights. The attached photo is Dr. Lassiters work at surgical follow up.

I had surgery with Tally Lassiter at Duke about 7 months ago. What an amazing doctor and amazing results. I am forever grateful and feel blessed to have been in your care.

I do not normally leave five stars, but Dr. Lassiter and his staff deserve even higher reviews if it would be possible. Dr. Lassiter is extremely good at his job and very kind, he repaired my shoulder and I am for ever grateful to him and his staff. Highly recommended.

Dr. Lassiter stabilized my shoulder. Can not say enough about the work of this surgeon. Thank you Dr. Lassiter!
