I can honestly say Raquel De La Rosa is one of the best massage therapists I’ve ever been to. She is truly intuitive — she always knows exactly where I’m hurting without me having to say a word. I have seen her twice with every session leaving me with real relief and less tension, not just temporary comfort. What sets her apart is her heart. She welcomes everyone — no matter your size, weight, health challenges, or background. She works with people dealing with severe medical problems and chronic pain, and she’s especially supportive of seniors, veterans and the military community. She has helped me and many others find relief that lessens the need for pain medication, which is life-changing. I have reduce the amount of pain medication.. I do know that I currently do not require surgerie

The massage that Raquel provided was the best I've ever had in my life. To put it into perspective, I'm almost 39yo, a mom of 2 kids, hubby and household, and I work at a computer 40 hours a week. Ever since my first pregnancy in 2016 I've had hip issues on the left side. Yoga helps but sitting all day makes it worse. Normally it's so bad I can't lay on my left side without shooting pain... Raquel worked it all out. Lots of sciatic pressure points and flexing/massaging. Not gonna lie, there might have been some whimpers and hisses but that's what happens with 8 years of trauma to a hip that you don't take care of... I slept like a baby that night. I visited once and found out getting appointment was difficult, it's booked almost all the time. Massage and ambience both were good but I was expecting more interaction in terms of asking comfort level during the course of the time. The 'rush-rush-hurry up' situation was odd to the massage experience and was disappointing to me. I will look for other massage place options.

Received a 60 minute massage. Definitely therapeutic, working the painful spots and stretching. Booked a return experience!

Raquel may actually be a real life angel! I have experienced lower back problems my whole life but after a lot of recent stress, I was starting to experience upper back/neck tension as well. I knew I needed someone with a magic touch and after reading all of the positive reviews for Table for One, I decided to try visiting Raquel. It was the best massage I’ve ever had. I tend to steer clear from deep tissue because they do tend to be so painful for me, but Raquel frequently checked in on my comfort levels throughout the session and incorporated a lot of relaxing massage work as well. She even stretched my legs, cracked my back, and gave me a scalp massage too! Anyone experiencing any pain or stress in their life needs to visit Table for One. I already booked my next appointment and encoura
