The doctors are sweet, but front desk really needs to do better! They duck at answering phones, they always put you directly on hold don’t ever answer to say “hi may I please put you on hold” & even sometimes hang up in your face. 90 % of the time I’m having to drive to location to schedule my kids appts. Then when you tell them about themselves they have the nerve to get a lil attitude. Not my fault u suck at your job. DO BETTER!

T care pediatrics is the best.. I have been bringing my children here for 13 years now. ( I left for 2 years when they were younger to another pediatrician did not like it and came back) Even though I have not seen Dr. Manuel very much I still love this place he couldn’t have better staff. The front desk lady’s always try to work with me and get me inn when my kids are sick or just for a regular appointment . They are always in a good mood, love their attitude 😃…. Dr. Gupta and Dr. Dimple are the BEST!!! I feel so comfortable talking to them about any question I might have and love that they are always on top my kids situation and If they need a specialist or anything else that same day make the arrangements for them to get the best health care …. ❤️ Thank y’all very much!!

My boys have been coming here for a few years now and we absolutely love Dr. Gupta. She is very thorough and knowledgeable. My two boys are not afraid to come to the DR and I believe this is because Dr. Gupta and her nurse are very personal with them and make them feel welcomed and safe. The nurse was very gentle with my boys with getting their vaccines. She made them laugh and made them feel comfortable. It's always a joy to come here because I know my family is being taken care of.

The doctors are great but the front office staff is terrible, so unhelpful, and dealing with them was always a nightmare. I had to request documentation and records multiple times because they wouldn’t send it and they forward their phone calls to the emergency line almost an hour before the office closes. I thought my son had COVID so I called for a virtual appointment and they never called me even to tell me that they couldn’t get to me that day. This is AFTER I called just to verify that I was still on the schedule when I didn’t receive a call during the designated time and the rep who answered the phone got irritated with me for calling to check because “we told you we’d call just wait”. Terrible! The receptionist are always pre-occupied. I came to check into my daughters two month check up and as I was talking to them they were doing other things and paying attention to what their co-workers had to say. I had to repeat myself several times. I went to go sit down and they called me back and said that I was scheduled at an earlier time, which I had my appointment card to prove them wrong. They gave me the option to wait and see if someone would cancel or I could reschedule. This is not the first time that they acted this way, it is every time I come in. Do not expect to get great customer service here. Also when I had a question about my daughter when she was a newborn it took me ALL day, five calls, in order to actually get a nurse to speak with.
