SYNERGY PHARMACY

I was excited to establish at Synergy Pharmacy upon moving to town recently. The website touts that they pride themselves on customer-centric service, carry a wide range of Rx drugs, and can quickly access most drugs if they don't already have them in stock. What a disappointment to learn that, after my physician called in a VERY common prescription, they couldn't fill it. EVER. And knowing this, they didn't bother to alert either the physician's office or me that they couldn't fill it. They just waited until I called to check on it and said sorry we can't help you. When I asked if they could transfer the prescription to a pharmacy that can fill it, they said nope they can't do that either. Needless to say, I won't be back. 😕

I been really happy with this pharmacy until today. I submitted a refill request over two weeks ago with no updates from them. I reached out today and they said to call. They could have been proactive by notifying me if there was an issue. Now I’m out of meds and they’ve put me in a bad spot.

Excellent service every time I need a prescription filled. Fast delivery service, would not go back to those big name pharmacies after finding Synergy.

Synergy often offers better pricing than my regular pharmacy benefit manager which is CVS because they participate in manufacturer discount programs where CVS does not offer them to me. CVS wanted me to pay hundreds of dollars for a prescription and because Synergy took the time and put forth the effort to qualify me for the discount program my out of pocket was only $70. That is the advantage of a small business. They find innovative ways to serve the customer.
