I had a similar experience to iLona F, though less severe. The initial implant differed significantly from the first prototype Claudio created, but he quickly arranged a revised version. The second attempt was closer but still noticeably different (I would have taken it if it was close enough), leading to a third appointment. Claudio informed me that color matching anterior implants is challenging and often requires multiple visits (typically two), which he communicated upfront. No problem there. I rated this experience three stars due to the degree of difference between the prototypes and actual results, despite multiple visits to Swiss Dental and my dentist (6 total for this color match). Claudio and Scott are awesome. I went in for a custom shade and they explained the process right up front. Claudio is a perfectionist, which is exactly what I wanted, so I expected the process to take some time. My dentist explained to me that custom shading can take more than one appointment so I was educated on what to expect. I would highly recommend anyone to request Claudio's expertise if they want the best smile possible!!!

I don’t usually write reviews, but this place was great. Everyone I interacted with was very friendly, and they were very dedicated to getting a good color match for my veneer. There’s even a sweet office dog! Update: My veneer is now in place, and the match is amazing. It’s not my first one, and I’ve never had a match this perfect.

I have met with Claudio and his team multiple times. He exceeds our expectations every time… thanks guys.

We had an unfortunate re-do case that was just hideous. I feel bad because I liked this lab before. Not sure if they have hired new lab techs who aren't qualified to work on anterior aesthetic cases, needless to say, for the price they charge it's not worth the headache. Would like to believe they will fix the issues in a timely manner and compensate for all of the inconvenience.
