After unexpectedly losing my longtime dentist of over a decade, I went almost a full year without finding the right fit. I kept seeing Swish Dental pop up on social media with great reviews, so I finally decided to give them a try, and I’m so glad I did. From the moment I walked in (30 minutes early, by the way!), I was greeted with the warmest welcome and genuine smiles. The intake process was seamless - everything was sent via text ahead of time, and check-in took just minutes. What truly impressed me was the technology. They walked me through a tour of the facility and then used some of the most advanced imaging and 3D scanning technology I’ve ever seen in a dental office. Dr. Bains, Deissy, Kristy, and Mariah were incredibly sweet and kind. They made my visit feel genuinely warm and welcoming. I felt safe and comfortable chatting with them about everyday things, not just dental topics and they truly engage with their patients instead of just going through the motions. I would absolutely recommend coming here! They were really fast and efficient i was able to get 2 fills and a cleaning in 40 min. Love this place.

I had such a positive experience at this office and really want to thank Mariah, Dr. Bains, and Daisy. From the moment I walked in, Mariah was kind and welcoming and immediately made me feel at ease. I was showed around and I appreciated that because understanding my surroundings is important to me when I haven’t visited a place before. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming, modern, and had such good vibes. Every staff member I met was kind, patience, supportive and made me feel comfortable the entire time. They explained everything clearly, step by step, so I knew exactly what to expect. I left with a clear plan for my dental journey and feel confident moving forward. I’m actually looking forward to coming back — which I never thought I’d say about the dentist! 🦷 🪥 I even walked away with a new electric toothbrush!

Dr. Baines and her team are incredibly kind, patient, and understanding—especially when it comes to my sensory sensitivities during fillings and cleanings. As someone with autism and sensory challenges, dental visits can be overwhelming, but this office has made the experience genuinely manageable for me. They give me space to adjust, accommodate myself, and feel respected throughout the process.
