Courtney was my first PT after knee surgery, and therapy for shoulder issues (at a facility). She was very thorough, knowledgeable, prepared, personable, helpful, caring, nice, friendly, and the like! After leaving the facility, both my husband and I have been working with her to strengthen core and muscles, plus build stamina. Courtney is prepared with our circuit exercises, customized for ones needs and abilities. She first demonstrates the exercise and form to follow, then advises us on any necessary adjustments. The circuits are varied every session. We totally enjoy our work with her and see, feel the improvements! We also have good assorted discussions and are given great advice and support!!!

Courtney is amazing! I started physical therapy with Courtney in May 2021 for an L1 compression fracture I sustained in a military training exercise. From our first encounter, Courtney displayed an immense amount of knowledge and expertise when discussing the benefits of physical therapy and how it was going to apply to the length of my recovery process. Courtney’s background knowledge as a personal trainer was useful in our sessions when it came to changing up exercises and also being creative with new ones. She helped me get back to doing the things I love and introduced some new routines (deadlift Friday! :) ) I now do at home. Courtney is kind, caring and supportive and the only person I would do physical therapy with! Highly recommend!!!

Courtney is amazing! She has been exactly what my body needs to get stronger. The combo of physical therapist and personal trainer has really helped in making sure I don’t injure myself or further aggravate my knee issues. She has been super accommodating to what my body needs. You can’t go wrong with Courtney training you.

Courtney played a big role in the success of my rehab after a hip injury and surgery. I was able to return to running with less pain and feel stronger than I did before. She was very knowledgeable about my specific issue and you can tell she loves what she does! Highly recommend!
