Swannanoa Valley Medical Center

My mom had a pleasant experience here for short-term health rehabilitation. She had nothing but good things to say about her stay here. The teams here were wonderful — always positive, supportive, and compassionate, which made a big difference. The PT/OT staff, nursing staff, administrative staff and front desk were all so kind and patient, making mom feel cared for from day one. The building’s a little older, but it’s clean and comfortable. The food was decent too. Overall, it’s a nice and welcoming place that takes care of the patient so the patient can focus on their recovery.

If I could give negative stars I would, this visit was not even for me, it was for my uncle's disability appointment. The address that was sent with his appointment was 997 Old Hwy 70 E, Black Mountain, NC 28711 witch is 10 minutes away from where we actually needed to be, no where in the paper work does it specify the name of this location that Mr.Fiore is actually at (Swannanoa Valley Medical Center ) which just so happens to have the same address, we had to race to be at on time. Very stressful, and unpleasant experience. Oh, you might as well not even try to call for directions because no one will answer. The locals were our only help in actually finding this office. My advice would be to fix the address, or have someone answer the phone to give directions, or I do not know maybe list

I just saw Dr. Wolf today with four different issues. He is very patient and helpful. I'm so happy I found him.
