Shane is an incredible body worker. I've seen him a few times post-races, and he does an incredible job unworking all the knots and tension that gets built up. My husband has been seeing him for the last 6 months and loves working with Shane. If you're active (athlete or not), you gotta see Shane! Seriously, super knowledgeable in his craft. He's one of those people who just has and practices a depth of knowledge about body mechanics.

Shane was so helpful! I scheduled with him a few days before a big sporting event and he helped calm my muscles down... More than that, he also helped me identify some chronic patterns that I now know I need to work on. He's very professional and relatable, and it's a really nice environment.

Shane eased my arthritis-induced hip pain after one visit, which several medical doctors and chiropractors failed to do. In subsequent visits, he identified compensatory patterns and gave me methods to correct the patterns that cause pain. The exercises were simple but challenging, effective and FUN. Now I have the confidence for hard work and play again, knowing that I can use the movements, stretches and self-massage techniques that Shane shared to keep me fit and pain-free.
