If I didn't know better from repeated direct experience, I would think HealthRidge is simply too good to be true! The first time I went in, Taylor welcomed me warmly. In a very accessible way, he explained the compounding process and answered questions about things I was clueless about, as if he had all the time in the world for me. Every time I drive through to pick up prescriptions, whoever is attending is extremely pleasant and friendly and they are always fast and efficient. It really seems like they love working there, which definitely shows and has ripple effects. I will be away from the area for an extended time and the lovely pharmacist (whose name I forgot) and lovely attendant went out of their way to make it easy for me to get my prescriptions. Why did I spend years using ingles as my pharmacy? It was so much stress, staff was not helpful, always issues filling prescriptions and they still never knew my name. HealthRidge is the total opposite in all the best ways. Everyone there is so helpful, instantly formed a relationship. They’re so prompt with filling scripts, and take all possible steps to make it as easy and affordable as possible. So grateful I switched; never turning back from small business pharmacies!

This pharmacy is probably the best pharmacy I've ever been to. The staff is genuinely caring and go out of their way to help ppl however they can. They are always smiling and pleasant when speaking. The care they provide for each and every single person that comes in is mind blowing. It doesn't matter if you just have a question or dropping off a prescription, they are warm and welcoming and will help in any way they can. They have helped my mom and my aunt so much I don't ever think I'll be able to repay or express the gratitude i have. My family has been using Healthridge Pharmacy for years, and they are the kindest people you will ever meet. During Hurricane Helene when all the corporate pharmacies just shut down and left WNC without coverage. Taylor and his staff stood in the parking lot helping people. If you are looking for a pharmacy that cares about you and you not just another number, than this is the place. Not to mention, it is always good to support locally owned businesses when you can.
