Ingles Pharmacy

I cannot say enough good things about Ingles Pharmacy. My wife ended up in urgent care because of a recurring bulging disc. The doctor sent the prescription digitally, and within about 30 minutes it was filled. They followed up with both a text and a courtesy phone call, which honestly meant a lot to us. Fast, helpful, and kind. The only thing I wish they offered is GoodRx discounts. Every other pharmacy I have used in Florida and Tennessee honors them, and I think corporate should consider doing the same. That said, this is no fault of the Black Mountain team, which is why this review stays five stars. They truly took care of us.

I switched to ingles pharmacy for convenience as it’s our local grocery store. Although they have several kind and caring techs working who have always been very helpful. The pharmacist I interacted with is uncaring, impatient and rude. I had to make an abrupt medication switch during my pregnancy and had called to specifically request the brand name of a medication to be ordered due to allergens in the generic brand. They said they ordered this for me on Friday and it would be ready on Monday but when I went to pick it up, they had still filled it with the generic. The pharmacist would not listen, was interruptive and refused to order the brand name of this relatively common thyroid medication. I am so happy and pleased with how everything was handled by the pharmacist and the pharmacist aide ( not sure if that's the actually title name or not ) Had problems with CVS not having the medication I needed , called here and they were so helpful and nice. Definitely recommend!

Came in to get my covid booster. Shad was helpful and informative. And he gave a non-feeling shot! Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
