Dr. Winton and staff are super friendly and supportive. Dr. Winton bedside manners are impeccable and she is very respectful and passionate about her work and her patients. Looking for someone who will take the time to listen, explain every step of her process and provide great feedback and guidance please stop by and get the experience of a lifetime!! I saw Dr. Lauryn Smith-Winton for a soar feeling in my big toe/nail. She was very kind and thorough in explaining how the injury happened. It was acute trauma to the nail bed, treated with a topical creme. I will definitely be recommending her to friends and family.

Just had a phone call to inquire about an appointment, what’s included & payment options. Was met with very weird and unhelpful energy. It was almost like pulling teeth to get information. I said I don’t have insurance, can you provide me your price w/o ins: “it’s $338, if you need XRay it’s …” do you offer any programs/payment plans or financing? She just said “no”. What forms of payment do you accept : “cash, credit, or online payment”. Do you offer other things like “care credit, cherry etc” & she said “yeah, if you have care credit you can use it”. It’s like if I didn’t ask very specific questions she was unhelpful. I said: “what’s included in the initial appointment”: “a conversation with a doctor” Me: oh so is this $338 convo just an assessment? Her: yes Didn’t make me want

Awesome visit at the S. W. Podiatry Group. I’m so pleased with the service, professionalism and atmosphere of the office. Highly recommend Dr. Smith-Winton. Great experience today. Everyone on the staff are so friendly, welcoming and supportive with helping me with my foot situation. Special shoutout to Zamiyah for recommending this foot doctor. Wow, wow, and wow... Best decision ever. I am sad that I didn't come sooner. Dr. Smith-Winton was very knowledgeable, supportive and understanding. She provided multiple options to assist my heel pain and I am grateful for her kind service and laughter during my appointment. Not your average visit because not only was the provider very polite but her front desk team and tech were very helpful, knowledgeable and nice. It was a pleasure meeting everyone for the first time and I will definitely be returning for further advanced treatments and referring friends. I even left with a night splint.
