The staff is professional, yet personable. Dr. Knodell is competent, patient, and takes time to ensure you understand everything from testing to billing. Dr. Knodell checks in and makes herself available for questions. She really is the best! The facility is clean, which is important to me. Parking is great, and there's easy access to the facility. I highly recommend this business!

My appointment was very pleasant — as far as my challenging issues with tinnitus go. From the start talking to front desk manager, I had a great experience at the clinic. Dr. Knodell was professional, kind, and did a thorough job. She took the time to answer all my questions concerning ringing in my ears and also did an in-depth test about my hearing. She discussed various options to consider on how to proceed or if I have to go file claim to VA and offer to assist and write a supporting letter, which was a big plus. Excellent service all around!

Dr. Madison Knodell is the best. It was my first time seeing and audiologists because I was having trouble with my hearing. She was patience, clear and concise as I went though several test with her. You will not feel rushed doing your appointment with her. (which is good) She will explain everything each step of the way. I never felt rushed and I was 1000 percent excited with my visit.
