GymFIT Physical Therapy & Wellness - Waldorf (Inside of Method Gym)

I have been coming to GymFit Physical Therapy for the past 9 months after having had both my knees replaced this year. I can honestly say that, after having had years of physical therapy in the past, this is BY FAR the BEST experience I have ever had! The staff are very friendly and accommodating, and the clinic atmosphere is awesome! It is easily accessible if you are in a wheelchair, on a walker/rollator, or on crutches. The physical therapists meet you where you are at in your healing journey, and help you work to meet your goals. I give my strongest recommendation for this business!!

I have been to two other Physical Therapy centers in Waldorf and GymFit Physical Therapy at the Waldorf Fitness Center provides the best quality medically based therapy in the area. The staff are experienced experts and treat every patient as if they were the only one they were treating today. I have been extremely impressed with their empathy and expertise. And Cam seems to have a direct line to my surgeon though I don’t think they know each other at all. Great therapy!

Outstanding customer service. Very responsive by phone, text or in person. All therapists are extremely knowledgeable and professional, and demonstrate their care/concern by conversations beyond, “How are you?” or “What’s your progress?” While physical therapy isn’t nearly so enjoyable as eating cream or drinking good tea, GymFit and the staff are the highlight of my scheduled days. If I have PT, that’s where I want to go.

My daughter and I received very good care at GymFIT. The therapists there are knowledgeable and capable and the atmosphere is friendly, upbeat, and family-like. I enjoyed the therapy and definitely experienced improvement in terms of strength, flexibility, and daily use (right knee). I also really appreciated Cam's general willingness to share his knowledge of other areas during light conversation. (He referred me to some excellent online resources that have been very helpful, along with some local resources which I haven't explored quite yet.) When I first made the appointment, I had some scheduling issues which required me to bring all four of my children along. I’ve gotta admit, when my Doctor ordered me to do physical therapy, I was less than thrilled. However, these pass few weeks have definitely been an awesome experience. I appreciate their professionalism and the pleasant atmosphere they always provide to myself as well as their other clients. I actually look forward to continuing my sessions.
