Even though I was early they took me in a timely manner. First time I had a IV with no bruising he did a good job 👍🏽, helped me off the table, very polite. Still waiting for results? Which I question why it's taking so long. They need better parking accommodations.

The staff at MedStar Health are exceptional. Dr. Nanavaty and his staff are wonderful, kind and considered. Always punctual. I never have to wait no more than about 10 minutes for my appointment. They really pay attention to what I have to say first. Then the Doctor will advise me of what I need to do to make my situation better.

When I enter into the office, I walked up to a window with a notice, Office staff in training. The young lady was very efficient, nice And apparently well trained. She was able to get me registered in with no problems. I was a new patient. All staff that I interacted with was very polite and professional. The office was immaculate.

My doctor was excellent. The check in process was a failure. My appointment was cancelled after I checked in 30+ minutes early. I was then told that there was miscommunication with my doctor’s staff and the earlier appointment I had at 815 with PCP. I was told in a cavalier manner that I was rescheduled for 1130 and could just have a seat until then. It was 10 am. This was the first time this had ever happened. Still processing!!
