Dr. Guy is very good at what she does. She is patient, thorough ensuring that I fully understand the procedure she is performing. I would recommend her to anyone experiencing hearing loss.

My mother (92) met w/Dr. Guy. I accompanied her and must say I was very impressed with: the thoroughness, demeanor, helpfulness in understanding her review and suggestions she gave us upon leaving. Unfortunately, mom's insurance would not cover equipment from Freedom - if they did we would be switching her services to Freedom - we were SO impressed. Dr. Becky Guy, well, there just aren’t enough words to describe her concern, kindness and empathy. She explains her findings in detail and makes sure you understand everything before you leave. Once you’ve been seen by her, you wouldn’t want to see anyone else. I can’t recommend Freedom Hearing highly enough!

Every appointment I have had with Freedom Hearing was very professional. Chris is the first person who greets you with a warm welcome. He’s pleasant and very patient with answering questions and concerns I had about my appointment. Dr. Guy explains all the instructions in detail.
