SW Austin Dental

I have never enjoyed going to dentist until I found Dr. Kate. Now I eagerly await each cleaning. She and Noelle are PROS. Both incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, and kind. Bottom of my heart cannot recommend this practice enough.

I love SW Austin dental ! The ladies who work in the front office are pleasant, professional and helpful answering my questions. Dr Kate is so thorough and obviously a perfectionist! She explains her reasoning behind her recommendations and she explains what she is doing while she works. She is very knowledgeable and seems to attend courses all the time keeping informed on the best treatment for her patients. You can't go wrong with her as your dentist!

An overall wonderful experience -- I highly recommend Dr. Kate as your dentist! The entire staff is welcoming, helpful, and thorough. Dr. Kate met with me one-on-one before my actual exam, which was a great opportunity to talk about my dental history and express my individual concerns. I have never had a dentist spend so much time with me; it made the experience all the more comfortable and top-notch.  I left with my teeth feeling and looking great!

I don't know what happened with the one star reviewer, but it must not have resembled in any way whatsoever my many visits to Dr. Kate. Dr. Kate is skilled, strong, and always empathetic. The hygienists, receptionist and billing person are extremely efficient and very pleasant. This practice has a good vibe! Have had several crowns done there, as well as regular cleanings. The previous dentist, Dr. Williams, was also excellent. But Dr. Kate is truly special. (This from someone who hates going to the dentist.)

I was wonderfully pleased with my experience at SW Austin Dental. I’ve always had a fear of the dentist and my mind was put at ease thanks to my hygienist (whose name I can’t remember unfortunately) and Dr. Kate. They were able to very clearly explain what’s going on in my mouth and recommend ways to move forward. I left with important knowledge on how to better care for my teeth and gums and a wonderfully clean mouth with virtually no pain (which is a rarity in my dental experiences). I very much look forward to returning to SW Austin Dental. My issue is already noticeably healing and feeling better only a few hours after my appointment. Thanks Dr. Kate and my hygienist from AL!
