Sutton Children’s Dentistry and Orthodontics

My little guy went for his first dentist appointment today and I was probably more nervous than him. Dr. Jon and the staff were excited and welcoming through the entire process made it so fun. My son wanted to go back immediately.

Denied an appointment because I have my sister bring my son to an appointment for the first time because I work a lot but nowhere does any of their paperwork or website say they need me to be there for the first visit. In the paperwork I filled out it says “who will be responsible for bringing the patient to appointments” to which I put my sister and they still denied us. Absolutely horrendous
