I had the most excellent experience to work with both Mary Ellen and Maggie. The both of them are very professional with wonderful personalities and very thorough. They worked with me to find the best hearing aids for my condition. The atmosphere in there is so welcoming. I would highly recommend Hear Joy Audiology to family and friends.

When I needed a hearing last year (2024) I wasn't sure who to go to. It was all new to me. My doctor recommended a few places and I also did a search on Google. I saw the name Hear Joy Audiology. For some reason that name struck me. I called and got an appointment within a very short time. I met Mary Ellen. She is an exceptional doctor. She has great eye contact. Smiled often. Was able to answer any question I had without hesitation. She hooked me up with my very first hearing aid. I only needed one. She explained everything I needed to know including how to use my hearing through my phone. We arrived for my husbands appointment and waited about 5 minutes. He had a thorough exam his hearing aids were checked and the doctor took her time. She told him his hearing aid were a very good pair but she felt he needed ear molds which would improve his hearing. He had ear molds taken and we were advised they should be ready in about two weeks. He has not received them yet so I cannot say if there is an improvement. She was very professional, explained everything and did not rush us. I would highly recommend her to my family and friends,
