ConvenientMD Urgent Care

I am extremely disappointed with the experience my family had at ConvenientMD Urgent Care. We arrived at 7:57 PM, prior to the posted 8:00 PM closing time, with my young son who had a gash on the back of his head. Despite arriving before closing, the provider declined to see him. Turning away a patient, especially a child, with a head injury when we arrived before the listed closing time was very upsetting. If patients cannot be evaluated up until the posted closing hour, the hours should be communicated more clearly so families know when they will no longer be accepted. Urgent care facilities serve an important role in providing timely treatment for situations exactly like this. I hope management reviews this policy so that other families are not turned away in similar circumstances.

The gentleman at the front desk was efficient and personable. I was called shortly by a young woman who took down a history and concerts. Again, she was very warm, friendly and was quite empathetic. Lastly, my PA caregiver, Lennea, repeated back my concerns, mentioned my history and was so professional, informed, most competent...all with a caring manner. I was in and out from a 9:30 appt. timeframe well within 40 minutes. I highly recommend this clean and attractive urgent care.

The whole team was great, reception, triage nurse, and doctor we're all amazing and made us feel so comfortable and taken care of. Even our little man loved it even though he needed to get his nose swabbed 2 times. The nurse was so fast and gentle, little man didnt even flinch. Thanks for being awesome everyone!

The whole process was good. Checkin to exit. Michael at front was great. He filled out the form so I didn’t have to wait. Adriana and Nikki were fabulous. Both of them were thorough kind and skilled. The facility was clean. I would go back for urgent care.

I was able to fill out all the required paperwork online and get added to the wait-list from the comfort of my home. It made check-in super easy, which is especially great when you're not feeling well. I was in and out in under an hour. The entire staff was great - professional, kind and compassionate. This will be the only urgent care I will go to in the future. Great experience!
