You improved my smile better than I could have imagined. I came to Pleasant Valley Dentistry because my dental case was bleak. Dr. Therese and I discussed at length my goals for my future dental health. Not only is she a great listener, but her attention to my whole case, working with other dental professionals, studying my case and offering options was so comforting and results driven. She is a kind and friendly person as well. You are in good hands at Pleasant Valley Dentistry.

I am one of those people that dreads going to the dentist, and am unfortunately also a person who needs a lot of dental work, so I’ve visited many dental offices trying to find a way to make the experience feel less awful. I started going to Pleasant Valley about 5 years ago and haven’t looked back. The staff there is amazing. It feels like the patient experience is truly prioritized by the entire team and that they have hired the very best people to work there. The front office staff is so kind, helpful and responsive. They work with you to find appointments that work for your schedule. From a billing perspective, the pricing is always clear with estimates in advance and no surprise charges after the fact. With my insurance, I pay out of pocket then they provide whatever they need

Let me start by stating, "Who writes reviews for a dentist office?" This is unsolicited and done with no personal relation to anyone in this office. It is purely the outcome of the shock of my first visit. You see, my dentist retired. I needed to find a new dentist. I didn't have any pressing need as my teeth have been fine for the past few years. I did miss my cleanings and realized it was over a year. Time to find a new dentist!
