Susquehanna Health Hospitalist at WRMC

I went there yesterday for emergency care and the staff was amazing. I was seen very quickly. They staff actually takes the time to understand what is going on with you and is very thorough. The nurse I had did the best blood draw I've ever had, very quick and gentle. The doctor was kind and did not judge me or my fiance at all and made sure to get all the necessary tests done. I was at the same hospital a few years ago and was not pleased with my care so this is a huge and very positive difference. I reccomend this hospital to anyone, particularly if you go on second shift. Amazing people.

My son has spent a lot of time in his hospital in the last couple of months. His lung has collapsed 3 times…2nd time it collapsed he was admitted to the hospital and stayed for 2 weeks. The staff on the 5th floor were very nice and helpful. The 3rd time it happened he needed surgery so he stayed in the ICU for 9 days. The CT surgeons are so nice and professional…they are caring and did everything they could to help my son. We also appreciated the hospitality inn as we are from out of town. Those ladies at the desk are some of the nicest people I’ve ever met.

I had my mother to ER 9/2/21. We were there at 8:15 a.m. everyone was so helpful including security in getting her out of car. Everyone that worked that day was caring and so polite. I have had bad experiences on weekends, but needed to say today I was impressed with everyone

I am visiting from out of state so I had no idea what to expect but wow it was awful. Stopped in here as I've had nausea and vomiting for days, dehydrated, and in pain. They gave me one bag of saline and some nausea medication that didn't help at all. Had to ask several times over probably a 2hr timespan for a blanket before finally getting one. Eventually asked to speak to the doctor, after an unknown amount of time that I was laying in the hallway with no check-ins, who seemed to be convinced it was a stomach bug even though I'd said I have this problem around the time of my period. He said they couldn't do anything else for me after the one saline bag and some nausea medication. From the time we walked in the ER our experience was nothing but amazing. My daughter was having contractions and she is only 32 weeks pregnant. Within 2 mins the wonderful staff had a chair there and we were headed QUICKLY to Labor/Delivery.. Labor and delivery staff was PHENOMINAL!!! Loretta was the most awesome nurse! Everyone that was involved in my daughters care were extremely caring and understanding. Thankfully she and baby were monitored for several hours. Well hydrated with IV fluids and some meds to help to stop contractions and to help with lung devolpment. Which worked thankfully. I just want to sincerely say thank you for everything.
