I bring my elderly hearing impaired friend here and he always liked the staff and ease of appointments until recently. Suddenly he couldn’t hear anything on his home or cell phone so we made an appointment. The newer and older hearing aids are working fine so I’m thinking he might have a sudden decline in his hearing ability. It’s very bad and extremely difficult for him but when we asked for a hearing test appointment we were told we couldn’t get in until July. My friend is deeply depressed about not being able to hear and now he has to wait 4 months to see why his hearing suddenly declined. I don’t understand why he can’t get in sooner due to him having zero hearing in his right ear and barely any hearing in his left ear. I find the services to be comprehensive without the hard sell salespitch that you get from other providers. I was given many chances to try out different hearing aids and evaluate. Followup has been consistent and very useful. I hear so much better since I got my hearing aids and can't image living without them.
