10:20 appointment. It’s 10:55 and I’m still in the waiting room. Let’s see if it improves from here… Staff very nice, though. Explained they are short one person Update (11:30): I got taken back at 11:00 and quickly and efficiently ran through tests. Currently in a second waiting area while my pupils dilate…
Crystal was very cordial she same to really know her job.she is a jewel at the front desk.
Dr. Brown does fantastic work on cataracts. He has a very special talent and he is dedicated to his patients and staff.
