Outstanding! Being new to the fine state of NC, my hearing instrument needed a new ear mold/receiver. CHC was able to get back to me in 6 days! Hannah, did a wonderful job consulting Oticon and making to sure they could send the needed part. A competitor took my instrument in and held for + 4 weeks and nothing! Trust me you don’t want to climb that MOUNTAIN!

Dr. Brennan is great! I went in for a follow up for a sinus surgery and mentioned that I had issues lately with vertigo. He did a test on my ears and took a look and found that it was very simply a hair that was touching my eardrum. After a short while he had it removed. I appreciate that he squeezed this into his schedule as it was unplanned. This has happened once before, and the removal of that hair helped me to be feeling better. Counting on the same result this time and confident it will be better. Thanks very much Dr. Brennan !

This place is great. They picked up my hearing loss when the dr office didn’t. They matched my hearing aids to me and they continue to adjust for my needs. I highly recommend them for their expertise, how well they listen to me and their friendliness.

Kelly was super friendly very helpful. Josh was wonderful. I can now hear and I hope these will stay in. I really like the ones that weren’t behind the ear, But they wouldn’t stay in my ear. Right now I’m ecstatic. I can hear and Josh and Kelly have been so kind. I thank you for having such great help and Dr Josh is great.

Normally I would give them a 5, but today I had to wait for 30 minutes because there was an issue with the audiologist schedule between the ENT office and the other side. Everyone on the ENT side is wonderful and were very apologetic for my wait time.
