I have been seeing Dr. Crane for about 6 months. I am so pleased with the care i have received from this practice. I moved to Southport a few years ago and was having no luck at all with finding reliable primary care, despite persistent attempts, until finding AIM. Dr. Crane and his staff are knowledgeable, skilled, and quite pleasant. They follow up on referrals and tests. And one can get an appointment quickly — sometimes the same day!! Leaving 5 stars for 5 star service! Dr. Crane has literally saved my life.
Have been seeing Dr Crane for my primary care since 2001. He is personable, patient, kind, and supremely knowledgeable: best physician I have ever known. Highly recommend.
Good luck trying to get in to this place....never had to wait DAYS to see it they accept my insurance, then WEEKS to see a physician. Slacker office staff if you can't call and verify insurance within the day (how do I know, I'm in the business!!!) You have to play 20 questions on the phone to get any kind of straight answer from them...just plain ugh!
I have always had a great experience including being able to see a doctor the same day I called if I was having a problem.
Have been going to Dr. Crane for 17 years. Excellent care from everyone!
