Super Track Urgent Care

I needed my daughter to be seen, but everything was closed since it was a Sunday evening. The staff member I spoke with on the phone was kind, and I was relieved to find an urgent care facility with virtually no wait time. The atmosphere felt different—more like a family environment than a typical medical center. The doctor on staff was caring, and my daughter received proper attention. He recommended that we go to the ER for further testing and made the process seamless by taking the time to write a detailed letter for us. This made it easy at the hospital because I didn’t have to explain everything all over again. It was a great experience during a stressful moment, and I will definitely return.

This place offers an incredible experience. I’ve visited twice and been treated exceptionally well. The doctors genuinely care and attentively listen to all my concerns before providing compassionate and comprehensive care.

I have visited this clinic 3 times over the last 10+ years. Each time due to desperation and inability to be seen at my preferred clinic. Each time with bizaar interactions and medical practices. Things that I laugh at because they are so ridiculous, but reading over other people's experiences, I feel a need to now share mine. For context, I have a compromised immune system so I need antibiotics or more aggressive treatment options than other patients who can fight illnesses with OTC care. I am upfront with this when I see any doctor. The first time I visited this clinic, the doctor did not understand my condition (which is very common) and I watched as he GOOGLED it on the computer where he was doing intake. He then had to Google my medications because he had never heard of them nor knew

Front desk clerk extremely rude and was talking bad about customers after they hung up the phone. Everyone in the lobby could hear them talking bad. Waited one hour in the lobby just for the doctor to conclude my check up in about 45 seconds. Barely asked any questions didn’t help me at all. Prescribed me a generic bullshit antibiotic that did nothing. Do not go here whatever you do they are useless.

This is the worst urgent care i’ve been to. The front desk staff is not helpful and I literally walked into him playing on his switch. They don’t take patients even when the whole place is empty and can’t seem to accommodate or recommend anything else. completely incompetent and unacceptable.
