Please improve your billing and insurance processing system! I had a cleaning all the way back in August 2024. I provided all of my insurance and personal information, before leaving my dental appointment I was told that everything was covered and good to go. More than 8 months later I received a text message for a $149 claim and a request to provide my personal information again. This request has been going on for months, I provide my information and then a month later I am reached out to by another person requesting my information again because of business/personnel changes. I am now being asked to pay out of pocket or to contact my insurance company myself to get it resolved. Why as a patient should I have to do insurance billing for your office. It is not my responsibility that you do

I’ve been going to Sunny Days since 2018 and it’s always been a great experience! It’s the best dentist I’ve ever been to! Between prompt service, an incredibly nice staff and just good care, I always recommend Sunny Days to my co workers.

I would NOT recommend this Dentist. I have 2 cleanings covered a year with my insurance, confirmed for a third time after my arrival that it was covered, and almost 5 MONTHS LATER, I received an almost $200 charge on my cc on file saying that my cleaning was not covered. No warning, nothing. When in fact, my previous dentist from another state made a clerical error, my insurance paid them for my services and only returned HALF OF MY MONEY. They were NOT nice at all and handled everything extremely unprofessional when I did nothing but get a basic cleaning that was covered under my insurance. Oh, and they only are in the office 3 days a week which I definitely wish I was aware of before making my initial appointment.
