This doctor is a disgrace to the medical system. So many things where shall we begin? Let’s start at the front desk. The secretary and I quote “can’t handle all these calls today” and leave the phone off the hook. The office will only except cash or check- then deny you paid because the office does not provide receipts (the office is two people). The doctor will accuse you of missing appointments that you physically met with the doctor for. Need FMLA? That’ll be 75$ extra on top of the appointment and possibly a new patient visit. She’s charged for “new patient intake” on the patients she routinely sees over multiple years. Routinely it’s about once every two years she’ll mysteriously lose paperwork. Got a rash? She’ll handle it even when your skin continues to slough off. Referral

My previous pcp set me up with this doctor because mine no longer took my insurance. The receptionist for this doctor is horrible, I called to make an appointment and she just kept interrupting and saying I’m not a patient, even without me giving her my name (as I was cut off multiple times). She miss diagnosed my seizure disorder from age 12 to 16 and kept telling me what I was feeling was migraines and everyone gets them. She prescribed me 800 my ibuprofen when I was 12. At age 16 I was in a car accident due to these so called migraines. Someone that saw me paid for me to go get testing. After several tests, those "migraines " were seizures. She really should have listened better and not shut me down each time.

Day 3 of trying to get an order for my mom to get in home rehab after getting taken by ambulance on Friday and hospitalized until Monday. Here it is Thursday and still nothing. Spoke with women in office Tuesday, and Wednesday. Had to repeat all the info I gave her on Tuesday as she obviously didn’t write anything down or look into anything for me as she stated she did. Both days I was told I would get a call back, and did not. So today I am going to the office personally to hopefully get some results. I was told by her office that they cannot easily obtain the medical records from the hospital, and if they could they would get them with blood on them. Her words.
