Very positive experience! I was looking for a new dentist and the office manager Pam was extremely helpful, getting me quickly scheduled and answering any of those tricky insurance questions. She greeted me as soon as I walked in, and was so welcoming. Lucy the hygienist made my cleaning comfortable and stress-free. She is efficient and does her job exceptionally well. Dr. Lor and her dental assistant Amanda are a great team. They were attentive during my procedure, always checking to make sure I was comfortable and gave me breaks as needed. Dr. Lor is very knowledgeable and I really appreciate that she took the time to explain my treatment plan and answer any questions I had. I highly recommend Holden Family Dentistry!

This place truly feels like home, which I know is a strange way to describe a dentist office! I absolutely love everyone on the team. Pam, all the hygienists, and Dr. Sandy Lor are all wonderful. They’ve been supporting me through my Invisalign journey and helping me maintain my dental health for several years now. Over time, I’ve gotten to know them well, and every visit feels like catching up with friends, which makes the whole experience so much more relaxing and comfortable. I have been utilizing this dentist office for over 15 years. Originally it was Dr Allen's practice, but Dr Lor bought the practice upon his retirement. At 1st I was a little nervous having built a great working relationship with Dr Allen and always being extremely happy with the experience. Dr Lor did not disappoint. She retained all the staff (who are world class) and continued the practice delivering exceptional dental care in a compassionate environment. Nobody loves going to the dentist, but I never have a bad experience despite the anxiety I may feel. I would recommend this office to anyone and have over the years. They truly care about you as a patient and deliver the type of care that keeps you coming back for years.

Pam at the front desk always makes sure you have appointments that work for you, knowledgeable about insurance questions and always has a welcoming smile. Linda the hygienist always takes such great care during cleanings and X-rays, explaining everything she is doing. They take breaks to give you time to close your mouth and truly care about you as a person. I recently just decided to try out a new dentist and quickly realized how well Dr. Lor does her job. The appointments i had with her I always leave happy and satisfied. I am never disappointed with the service she provides. The wait time is super fast. Everyone in the clinic is really nice and kind, made me feel really comfortable. They are really gentle and always check if I was okay. Unlike some places I’ve been too, where they are really rough and have super long wait times. I highly recommend Dr Lor! She’s the best in the business !!
