Just wanted to leave a review expressing how great Dr Vooys and the staff have been with my (now senior) dog over the years. Pleasant, competent, caring, they handle my hyper dog so well and listen carefully to all our concerns. We wouldn’t want to take her anywhere else.

This has been my veterinary hospital since I had my childhood dog. My dog and cat are both currently patients here. They offer these adorable little ID cards for every pet with a picture and their vaccination records. They also offer postcards in the mail when you need to book a appointment. The facility is clean and modern. The staff are exceptionally compassionate and caring. The doctors are very good as well. That being said, there prices are slightly higher than other local veterinary practices. The estimates can be quite shocking and the only financing option is Care Credit. Overall this is a great hospital and the staff and quality of care more than make up for the cost.

The staff is very knowledgeable the vet is kind and does not hesitate to answer questions. The Staff is good to work with and is accommodating. i live just down the road from them and i was running out of food for my cat but i could not leave the house as i had only been home from the hospital 2 weeks from open heart surgery and one of the staff offered to bring it to me and left it just inside the door for me until my wife came home from work in boston so there would not have been away for me to get it anyother way. I love this office and they will be my vet for life.

We have been taking our Golden's here for the past twenty five years. They are thorough and extremely compassionate. We feel blessed to know they are always there for us.

If you are looking for vet care that will care for your pet for weeks, rule out cancer and continue to treat, only to refer you to an Animal Medical facility for "supportive care" for pneumonia, only to have your beloved pet die within 24 hours of the very same cancer that was ruled out, then you can't go wrong with this practice. Even the Dr's at Tufts were shocked with the misinformation and poor treatment of my dog, who initially had a pretty decent chance to extend his life in good shape. I filed a complaint with the state licensing board and while they found insufficient evidence to determine negligence they did close the case with a Letter of Advisory. I waited 2 years for resolution of my complaint and I am grateful the board took it seriously-malpractice in vet medicine does not e
